Method and limits

Counted from 439 distinct homes in Golden Mile asking €3,000,000 or more, drawn from agency and portal listings plus aggregate market tracking and deduplicated by shared reference, price, built area and photograph. 99 are listed by more than one firm at once. 159 of the 439 records come from sources that date individual listings; the remainder lack a verified individual source date and may include catalogue timestamps or observation-only market tracking. Neither establishes when a particular listing was created, edited or still available. Every figure is an asking price, not a valuation. Aggregate tracking figures may have no public record URL, so not every number links to an individual listing. Sub-areas are counted here and on their own pages, so figures do not sum across pages.

Reading the property evidence for the Golden Mile

The Golden Mile is an area label, not one uniform property product. A beachfront apartment and a hillside villa can share the label while differing in type, setting and access. Compare the actual listings before interpreting the area summary.

The published figures are asking prices from the dated sample. Check the source listing, sample size and measurement notes before drawing conclusions from a median or a change between snapshots. This page does not establish completed sale prices, current availability or the condition of a home.
