How these numbers were read
The espeto price comes from the chiringuito census: every venue on it operates today and publishes a menu on its own site, and where that menu prints a price for the espeto de sardinas, that number and no other appears here. A chiringuito whose published menu carries no espeto price is simply absent, not estimated: one number in the source is one number here. Census last verified 25 August 2026.
