Estepona approves study for seafront hotel on empty plot
Estepona Town Hall has approved a planning study for a new hotel on a 13,000 square metre seafront site that has been empty for over three decades. The proposal allows for up to 6,880 square metres of built space across five floors plus a penthouse.
