BlueBay takes control of NAS Spain, 97% of Malaga CF
BlueBay, with a 49 per cent stake in NAS Spain alongside Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thani’s 51 per cent, now runs the company that holds almost 97 per cent of Malaga CF’s shares after appointing Jamal Satli and Javier García Recio as directors.
