What Marbella actually has for culture, read from each venue's own page: which museums are still open, which flamenco venue prints a price, and where the books are, English ones included.
Museums and Roman sites
One thing worth knowing first: Museo del Bonsái is closed. the concession ended; the building is now the Biblioteca Central Fernando Alcalá Marín. Search still surfaces it as if it were open.

Flamenco
The council lists six flamenco venues. Only Tablao Flamenco Marbella publishes a price; the rest give show times or nothing at all.

Books and libraries
Six municipal libraries, all free to join, one card working across the whole of Andalucía. Two of the three bookshops here stock English titles, and neither is on the open map.

Is there a Bonsai museum in Marbella?
No, not any more. Museo del Bonsái is closed; the concession ended; the building is now the Biblioteca Central Fernando Alcalá Marín, confirmed by the council's own announcement of the change.
Which flamenco show in Marbella has published prices?
Tablao Flamenco Marbella, on Plaza del Santo Cristo: a show with one drink is 39 euro, with dinner 75 euro. The other five venues the council lists give show times but no price.
Is there an English bookshop in Marbella?
Two: The Bookshop in San Pedro de Alcántara and Bookworld in Puerto Banús, both stocking English fiction and non-fiction. Neither appears on the open map; both were found by reading their own sites.
How do I get a library card in Marbella?
It is free, at any of the 6 municipal libraries' loan desk or online with a digital certificate, and it works across the whole Andalucía library network. Non-residents can get a temporary six-month card in person with a passport and proof of a Spanish address.

Every museum, price and hour is read from the venue's own site where one exists, or the Ayuntamiento's page where it does not; a museum's closure was confirmed from a council news item naming the building's new use. Flamenco venues come from the council's own tourism listing. Bookshops and libraries were found by reading each site directly: OpenStreetMap tags none of the three bookshops here.
